To review your warranty, get product support, request a repair, or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return a product, please contact us as below.

Warranty Return Procedure
- Please read thoroughly through the warranty policy.
- Fill out the Return Form below.
- You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # by email or phone.
- Customer MUST obtain an RMA# from UK Customer Service prior to returning any product and is responsible for paying all warranty freight costs. Note that proof of purchase is required for all warranty service.
- Enclose completed form along with returned item and proof of purchase date and mail to our Warranty Return Address below with RMA# written on outside of package.
- Return item using an insured, trackable method.
Note: Underwater Kinetics recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Underwater Kinetics or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Warranty Return Address
All return items must be sent to the address below and display a valid RMA number visible on the outside of the box. Returns that do not show a valid RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Underwater Kinetics warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for the lifespan of the product. In addition, the Underwater Kinetics Limited Warranty covers materials used in its products to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase, as follows: plastics for 10 years; rubber for 3 years, LED and electronics for 3 years, rechargeable batteries for 90 days and lamps for 30 days Upon completion of the warranty form below, please ship your product to the Underwater Kinetics Returns Department at the address listed below with your RMA number clearly listed. You must arrange for the shipping and packaging of your product to the Underwater Kinetics Returns Department. We suggest that you send your product to us via an insured, traceable means. All product returns must be shipped intact and without batteries. Individual components will not be accepted.
All products returned to Underwater Kinetics without an RMA number listed will be returned at the shippers expense. If you choose not to pay for this return your product will be field destroyed and/or recycled after ten (10) business days.
If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace the product at our discretion. While you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. Once service is complete Underwater Kinetics will return the refurbished product or, if refurbishment is not possible, replace the product with its closest modern equivalent at no additional cost to you.
If Underwater Kinetics determines that your product is not covered under warranty, you will be notified by email and provided with an electronic quote for after warranty repair/replacement service at a set fee. The cost of shipping the product back to you will be added to the repair price automatically. If you choose to decline after warranty service your product will be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to pay for the return of your product it will be field destroyed and/or recycled after ten (10) business days. Out of warranty repair is currently only available in the USA.
European 10-year Warranty
Underwater Kinetics warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase under normal use. In addition, the Underwater Kinetics Limited Warranty covers materials used in its products to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase, as follows: plastics for 10 years; rubber for 3 years, LED and electronics for 3 years, rechargeable batteries for 90 days and lamps for 30 days.. This warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product and is not not transferable. This product is not warranted if it is modified or used inappropriately.
If the original retail purchaser detects a defect in the material or workmanship, the product along with proof of purchase date should be returned (postage prepaid) to an authorized Underwater Kinetics dealer in the area or directly to UKE Underwater Kinetics Europe. Underwater Kinetics agrees to repair or replace at Underwater Kinetics' sole discretion any product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the time period specified above. This warranty is not valid when handled by third parties which are not authorized by Underwater Kinetics or its distributors. Nothing contained within these warranty terms detracts from your Statutory Rights.
To the extent permitted by law UK is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, regardless of whether claims for such damages are based on warranty, contract, negligence, or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall UK’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.
